Communications and Issues Management
We offer strategic consulting, planning and execution of communications programs.  All effective communication efforts start with a good plan based on a foundation of smart strategy and defined goals and objectives. 

Government Relations
We assist with strategy and lobbying-related services in Central Texas and statewide to facilitate governmental or public approvals for a wide range of projects and issues. These include real estate developments, public infrastructure projects and energy related issues.

Community Outreach
Regular communication with the community is essential in building meaningful coalitions and preparing the most likely supporters on your behalf. We develop the materials and methods for educating these supporters on the issues, motivating them to help and finally activating them at just the right time.

Public Involvement
Our team’s philosophy is to address issues early and openly, while extending a proactive invitation for public involvement. This helps create an educated base of allies and is far less costly – both monetarily and in terms of credibility – than any attempt to reverse opposition at a later time.  Public involvement is about substance over style; it is about earning trust with your stakeholders and delivering on your promises.  We have put this philosophy to work on some of the largest and most important infrastructure projects in Central Texas.

Media Relations
We use our media relations expertise to help educate the public or officials via the press, solicit support from editorial boards and opinion leaders and work with media to help ensure accurate stories and manage news coverage.

Informed Consent
Our team is certified in the Systematic Development of Informed Consent by the Institute for Participatory Management and Planning (IPMP).  The goal of this training is to enhance the effectiveness of public officials, agencies and other organizations with important public-sector missions.  The course is focused on strategies that create trust, respect, credibility and consent, even if a project is unpopular with the community. 

Crisis Communication
Effective crisis communications planning is an absolute must when it comes to protecting a company’s reputation. It only takes a moment to undo years of work. At some time, every company will face an unexpected situation; there is no such thing as being too prepared when it comes to dealing with a crisis.
